7. Infrastructure and Amenities:

8. Cancellation and Refund:
- The Seller may cancel the allotment of a Plot in case of a breach of these Terms by the Purchaser, including but not limited to, failure to make timely payments or violation of construction regulations.
- In case of cancellation by the Purchaser, the refund of any payments made shall be subject to the deduction of applicable charges and as per the refund policy outlined in the allotment letter/agreement.
9. Force Majeure:
- The Seller shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to events of force majeure, including but not limited to, natural disasters, war, strikes, and government actions.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
